As an Assistant Professor and Course Director for the MA in Media Management at Coventry University, I have extensive experience in digital visual culture, media representations, user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, new media art, and interactive/immersive media. My research focuses on innovative approaches to understanding the impact of media on our world.
Additionally, I am a PhD researcher at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Research within the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Hull. My research project, which is part of the Suicide Prevention and Social Justice cluster, examines the relationship between suicide and media. This work further enriches my interdisciplinary expertise in visual art, media, and the social sciences.
